This Deep Sleep Hypnosis Series Really Works!

Love this guy's voice, the technique definitely helps me drift off to sleep better. The only downside is when it switches from music to talking, the volume difference wakes me back up but I soon drift back off. I've suffered from chronic sleep problems for 30+ years and this is one of my favourite night time routines. I've just completed my first week of listening with headphones every night and I've definitely noticed a difference in my sleep quality.
