As someone who once struggled with binge eating and body dysmorphia, this book couldn't be more important. I love the approach it fosters and the narrator's encouraging and wholesome tone despite the topic being sensitive to many. It highlights the importance to also take care and be kind to yourselves, which can be difficult when going through such things.

This was a really interesting listen, following in the footsteps of the first book. I found it equally engaging from the start and thought it offered information and advice on new concepts, whilst also building on the knowledge gained in the previous book. If you're looking for a deeper understanding and tools to rise stronger in love of self (whilst managing any type of eating disorder) this is a good one that I recommend.

Eating disorders are no joke. They can be very dangerous and be that suffer from them walk a fine line each day. I think the way the information is presented in this audiobook is remarkable. I suffer from Body Dysmorphia and Binge Eating Disorder and I found this book to be so inspirational and motivational. I feel like a have a path to recovery in front of me now and it is up to me to put the work in. The narrator is wonderful to listen to and very engaging. 5 stars all around!
