Second trad wife book I came across this month, so I didn't expect it to be wildly different, but it pleasantly surprised me. Think less social media - more culty.

If this was a book, I probably would have to put it down at the beginning. However the story gripped me in the end. Clever ending and worth listening to.

I really enjoyed this book. The narration was spot on and the story caught my interest right from the off. I totally enjoyed the main character and her salty tongue. It would have been five stars all round but I deducted one only because I thought the ending was a bit rushed. Nevertheless, a great listen and a fantastic freebie. Now, I will look up Carrie Hughes to see what other books she has written. I'm genuinely sorry to have finished this book. It kept me engaged for the last two days. Highly recommended.
