A really great listen — and the sad thing is, it’s true. Parts are funny and very entertaining, but as you progress you realise how many things are supposed to help X, Y, and Z — and don’t. The book doesn’t deliver softly; it goes straight into what needs to be exposed, with the hope that there can be some light at the end of the tunnel. Would highly recommend.
