I loved how this book was presented in a question and answer format, from spirit to medium. For me personally, I loved hearing the answers given by the spirits, so I could decide for myself if these answers felt true or not. For the majority of the answers provided by the spirits I felt the answers were correct. It was only a small number times I felt the answers were not quite right.

As this book was first written in 1857, a good 30 or more years before the introduction of Psychology by Freud. I felt that the impact of childhood trauma and conditioning was ignored by the spirits in explaining a person's bad behaviour and attributed it to total "Free Will" to behave as we like. I felt that this book showed ignorance when it came to mental health struggles and why people behave in certain ways to cope. I can only attribute this to the biases of the person who wrote this book and not by the spirits themselves. Very similar to the biases and egos of the people who wrote the Bible.

Overall, I loved hearing what the spirits had to say and whole heartedly believe that this book has a lot of truth, wisdom and is divinely inspired.

SO exciting and awe inspiring to know; what we are, where we come from, our purpose in life and knowing God is "Real".

Lot's of good (wise) stuff in this book and it's amazing to listen to it knowing how old it was. This guy was a genius! (and I love this revised version)

Most of the knowledge seems correct, but some parts might not be, but this is a problem with all such "channeled content" (e.g. the books of Dolores Cannon). The knowledge is very close to her findings as well, which is interesting!

It seems no book or channeled content can perfectly get everything right, giving them a plausible deniability (which seems to be almost a law when it comes to this kind of stuff). Yet, 90% might be spot on, so please do listen to the messages of this book and similar books! In the end it's up to you to put the puzzle pieces together!
