Summary

Was delighted to read the next installment of this series and enjoyed as the others in series. The two main characters Jago and Cradock warmly familiar. The twists and turns as ever akin to a modern day Midsomer or Morse. I do hope there will be more from this brilliant Author. And can we hope that Inspector Jago will have a Happy Ever after with his American Beau Dorothy!!

London History WW2 brought to Life!

I have the entire cannon of these books. This is the most recent fro 2025 (I'm writing this 2026). I do hope another is due out soon. This, as with all, has a great nub of a tale. But also covers historical things going on in 1940. The main character was in WW1 and is quite retrospective of that war and wars futility. I had it's lighter moments. His sidekick DC is a simple chap, and always hungry! Well worth a credit.
