It's quite a good read and some good points to cover for a newbie. The writer sure knows her stuff but I wanted more details. Annoyingly, you are refer to the writer's blog or pay to get the more details.

Another drawback, the book is more for the American market and purely domestic cleaning even though the title says commercial.
