Well done menopause book

Great book detailing all the information you need when about to go through menopause. There is so much to know that is not talked about regarding this topic. The author clearly explains the health aspects as well as the emotional aspects that you can expect. I appreciate the natural alternative to hormone replacement therapy. At the end there are case studies, which was a nice addition. Well done.

So glad I listened to this book

I happen to be a woman of a certain age, and a friend of mine shared this book with me after I mentioned that I thought hormonal changes might be contributing to my recent weight gain and difficulty sleeping. I didn't want to use HRT or other prescriptions to manage symptoms. I have not been disappointed in the great natural and simple advice that is already helping me feel better and adjust my diet and other routines. Thank you, Max Hampton and Lisa Brandt.
