Amazing Book

I listen it to everday! best Silva Method Book I have ever heard , coupled with good stories and nice discussions . you will be a different person after listening to that book . highly recommended

Didn't work for me

Unfortunately I found the narrator's voice got on my nerves, and the hypnotherapy used within this material I thought was really very patronising. I have studied many self-help texts and unfortunately this is not one that I feel I can recommend.
