I'm lost on page three." Dana blogs at A Slob Comes Clean, chronicling her successes and failures with her self-described "deslobification process". In the beginning she used the name Nony (short for aNONYmous), because she was sharing her deep, dark slob secret. Now she has truly come clean - with not only her real name but the strategies she has developed.

A great read and life changing advice
This book has been so transformative. It is indeed like having a 'coach in your pocket' to be able to refer to and help. Lots of inspiring stuff, much of which I've started implementing and seeing huge differences in outcomes. I'd highly recommend to anyone looking for extra support to improve their life, both on a personal and professional level. Curious? Give it a go!

A truly life-changing book.
Where do I start? The SHED method is probably one of the most practical books on staying motivated, managing negative thoughts, and achieving success that I've read. As soon as the book starts there are so many nuggets that immediately give you foundational strategies to lead a happy and fulfilled life. The insight in to the different ways that our different types of brains (rational and cultivated, primeval physical response, and emotionally impulsive) work, and how they are need to work together for us to operate at an optimal level is revelatory. Sara's book, with her concepts and the techniques are driven by anecdotes. People's stories are central in helping us see how the strategies can be applied and we get to borrow the ones that work for us personally. With that in mind, the questions, activities and tasks help each person experience the book as an individual; there are no quick fixes or short cuts to success and fulfilment, but the SHED method has expertly given us the tools to go on a personalised journey without needing to mimic someone else’s journey. Any one who is serious about having a successful, peace-filled, and fulfilled 2020 NEEDS to have this book. I can't wait to read it again and again and again. Thank you @SaraMilneRowe for pouring so much of your self into this book. It is truly life-changing.

Motivating!
I have tried other books and found them to be to delivered by alphas - with no self awareness, overpowering. This is delivered in a constructive and clam way, from the ground up. The author / reader has personality and voice that is endearing and caring. This book is all about you, helping you, whoever you are, whatever you do. It’s also short and focused so doesn’t loose your attention. I find myself going back and listening to random chapters to remind me. I wish I had read this years ago.

fast narrator
kind of a fresher perspective for self help it poses a new means of change, this unfortunately is not rocket science nor new ( all self help has been already written) Also a bit too much use of case histories and not enough pauses for thinking or contemplation. I'd thought it may hold my attention to the end but sadly I will return this one undone.

This book is a total game changer. I have read or listened to very few books that have genuinely changed the way I think - but this is definitely one of them.
