Beautifull book, sadly part 3 was added. 1 & 2 are very educational, inspiring and contemplative. Part 3 hit me as pedantic, fanatically religious and unpleasant to listen to.

I really enjoyed this book, I found it thought inspiring and broadened my perceptions on the subject matter. I've read a number of chopra's books and he has maintained his usual good standard, I am new to the other two authors but found their work to be moving and helpful also. I will be keeping a look out for further works by both of them from now on!

This book gave me a deeper insight into the shadow and how it presents in us. The three authors compliment each other explaining it different ways.
I will listen to it again as their is a lot to take in .
