Great series

Yes the killers were obvious but that is not the point, this series is one of the best that this author has written, the narration really suits. It was written with heart. There was enough action to keep you interested and really interested to see what happens next, if anything.

Travelling for murder

I did enjoy this book but it was pretty obvious who the killer were. I kept waiting for a twist which just didn't come regarding the killers. There was a big twists and sort of a cliff hanger at the end of the book regarding the friendship between the main characters and I certainly hope the author isn't finished with the series. I like the main characters and the sometimes strained relationship between them, it does continue on from the last book where the problem is gone into more detail. It isn't necessary to have read or listened to the previous book but it does help. There is no mystery and it is more travelling from different countries as the killers stalk them. It was interesting but I preferred the earlier books where they carried out more of an investigation.
Jacqueline needs to take time out for herself and hopefully patch up her friendship with her best friend, Evelyn and she decides to do it by backpacking around Europe. Things don't go to plan, when a teenage couple go on a killing spree and filming there kills. Jack tries her best to stay out of it but when an FBI agent asks for her and Evelyn's help to catch the teen killers. When a photo of Jack and Evelyn appears on the teens web page things get complicated and the cats become the hunted, as the teens start playing a deadly game. Can Jack track down the killers? To do so she will have to workout what started them killing in the first place. As is being stalked by the killers isn't bad enough but Evelyn's past has come back to haunt her, when her ex employer sends someone to hunt them down.
I liked the narrator who helped the story come to life.
