This is a great idea for a story and kept me intrigued. I will say that at times I wanted to shout at the narrator to hurry up and get to the point but overall this is a good read and well worth persisting with.

Sadly guessed it more or less straight away but still a good story to get there! Some parts are just silly - (what woman would not call the police knowing an intruder has been in the house, proof or no proof) and a few other implausible things.
