This beautiful story about love and protection from the perspective of a father, mother, foster parents, neighbours and Emmeline.

Emmeline has an incredible life and it all is surrounded by scents. Scents tell her a story.

A story that tells her story from childhood living with her father on an island, her father who passed away, her living with the people who found her, school life, love life, finding her lover, discovering that she has a mother, and discovering what the fairy tales and scents were really telling her.

scents has been a big part of her whole family and in the end it will make you appreciate scents in a whole other way.
