This fourth book in the Jake Pettman series has got to be the best so far, Wes Markin warned us that it was the darkest yet and is it! Definitely not for the squeamish or faint hearted! Fast paced and edge of the seat stuff throughout it is definitely a recommended listen for all Wes Markin fans. Aubrey Parsons does his usual inimitable narration bringing the story and characters to life. Can't recommend enough, worth 10 stars if audible would allow!

I could not get past ch6 despite several attempts. The story seemed disjointed and violence/horror I really wasn't expecting 😠
