Underdeveloped

I quite liked the underlying concept but the story itself lacked cohesive development. The narration was quite good given the material the narrator had to work with. A brief glitch in the sound levels was easily overlooked.

Don't Steal My Roses

This is an awesome short story and I am glad Terry decided to bring this story to us, it was one of his very first fiction tales he wrote back in 1987...I guess the jist of this story is don't steal roses if you want to live and keep your mouth shut...I am glad I have discovered Terry M. West...I highly recommend his stories.
Andrew Start did a great job of narrating...I received this free audiobook from the author and this is my voluntary unbiased review.

Nice Little Creepy Story

This was an interesting little creepy story. Had a voodoo vibe that really worked well for the story. I really enjoyed the story line as it was quite unique and keeps you on your toes the whole time. Glad I don't buy my wife roses, yet alone from guys on the side of the road. Andrew Stuart did a great job with the narration. I really enjoyed his accent for the rose man.

I was voluntarily provided this free review copy audiobook by the author, narrator, or publisher.

Terry M. West at his best!

This subtle psychological thriller begins with a deceptively innocent event, buying a rose on impulse, for his sweetheart. This one tiny decision changes his life forever. Move over Edgar Allen Poe and make room for another classic great American horror writer, Terry M. West.

A great mix of ancient Druidic gods and modern times

Ever wonder what happened to the ancient Druidic gods? The creatures of the woods, the land, flora and fauna? West spins a tale of the Rose Man here for us that will answer those questions, in a way so dark And Sinister that you May regret asking the question. great suspense

I received this book for free for a honest review.  I loved the characters and storyline.  it flowed very well and held together.  To me this was more of a suspense than horror but still really good. The narrator did an excellent job of bringing the characters to life.  reccomend

Not A Rose Of A Story

I was given this book for free at my request and I am providing this review voluntarily.

A man on his way home from work one day buys a rose from a homeless man selling them from car to car. The man soon wishes he hadn't purchased that rose.

The story was a bit silly for my taste & pretty shallow, but being it is a short story & I guess it can't get to deep.

The narrator needs more practice for sure. He made a lot of mistakes, be it in the edits, edit program or maybe he was changing his microphone.

I'm sorry to say that in my opinion, I would not recommend this book nor would I recommend the narrator.

Intense

I received this book for free at my request but the opinion is of my own. Dane impulsively buys a rose for his wife as a good gesture. He finds out that the guy was stolen from and wants to help. But suddenly his life is turned upside down and roses are never looked at the same.
