Ok story
This was just an ok read/listen. Good concept, ok characters and narration. May-December MM couple. It's a short story but moved kind of slow for me.

didnt like Eric's voice!
I was gifted the audio file of this book.
When I READ a book first, and then LISTEN to a book after, I can split the story from the narration and write a bit about the book and then about the narration. I have not READ this book, only listened, and so my review lines might blur a little.
Eric is drifting through town, but needs a job. Landing said job at a coffee shop puts Eric in contact with *someone, I forget already who!* who is developing an app to match Alphas and Omegas. Eric is an Omega and just wants some fun. Ramiro is an Alpha but he wants to settle down. He does have, however, a soft spot for drifting Omegas who just wanna fool around. When the app pairs Eric with Ram, they both decide to run with whatever happens between them. Something spooks Eric though, and he leaves town leaving Ram heartbroken.
I have not read anything by these authors before and I enjoyed this book but think I might have enjoyed it more had I READ it, rather than listened.
Randi Johnson narrates. His voice for Ram and the others are very fitting for their characters but I found Eric’s voice far FAR too young sounding. I know he is SUPPOSED to be young, but had I heard that voice I would have pegged it as a teenager’s voice, a young one at that. It was really off-putting at times and I very nearly gave up. I was, however, more than half way through so I persevered and did finish it.
The reading voice Johnson uses is a bit higher than I usually like, and coupled with Eric’s squeaky voice, it made for a bit of a struggle for me, and my shitty hearing.
The general story line moves fast, it’s a short book (140 odd pages, 4 hours and 29 minutes listen) so things would go quick, but I didn’t find they moved TOO fast, you know? Just right for this book. It’s sexy in places and emotional in others. It had me giggling in places too.
I have book two to listen to next, and that is a different narrator. Be interesting to see how the voices cross over.
3 stars for the book and 3 for the narration.

First match for the Omega dating agency!
Starting their agency Leo finds Erik at his friend's coffeeshop and he knows right away who to pair him with. Erik is young and has that wanderlust in his blood. He doesn't want any commitments. I thought that Ram would not be his right match. He did want commitment. It's angsty but short so I had my hea without much delay. Loved it.
The narration makes Erik sound a bit ditzy, but the rest of the characters were ok.

Ok omegaverse book
This was a short-ish omegaverse book. The plot is not really nothing new, but I enjoyed this nevertheless. Narrator was ok and he did the hot scenes well!

Great Audible Listen🎧 4.5 Enjoyable & Hot🔥Stars🔥
Almega, the dating app designed by Leo and his fiancé Malcom is in beta testing and needs tweaking as well as more people in their pool to make a perfect match. Leo sees a an opportunity and a potential omega for one of his alphas working in his friends Dexter Coffee shop. Eric is new to town and is not looking for a long term relationship but Leo convinces him to give it a try. He gets matched with Ramiro, a successful businessman who is sick of dating and wants settle with his perfect match. I love the premise of this book as well as the characters. I felt Eric, young and fun loving matched with the more mature settled Ramiro was the perfect match, They clicked and the chemistry between them was smoking. But relationships scared Eric and he ran back home to California leaving Ramiro heartbroken. Will they make it back to one another. I highly recommend that you get this story and find out. It is enjoyable and entertaining and pretty darn hot. Thanks for this great story, I am looking forward to learn what other perfect matches will be made in this series.
I listened to the Audible edition, Randi Johnson is an awesome narrator and voice performer. He brings the characters to life, gives them their own voice and personality. He is an entertaining storyteller and a pleasure to listen to. Thanks for another great listen🎧

Cute idea, nicely narrated story
I was really looking forward to the book! I love a dating agency premise, and the fact that it included mpreg (a fave trope of mine) was even better.
I did find it tricky to get in to the story at the start. It felt as if I had missed an earlier story, but this was book one so...
Unusually for me, I didn't immediately like either of the MC's and I did feel the omega needed a bit of a slap for running out on the alpha! But eventually, I warmed to them and was rooting for them to get their HEA.
The narration was terrific. great characterisation and lovely emotion.
On the whole a nice listen and I'll look out for the next ones in the series.
