A must for Rheumatoid Arthritis Sufferers

Taking a good look at your diet could be the cheapest and easiest way to alleviate your symptoms. Prescription medication only treats the symptoms however this book looks at what we put into our bodies as being the cause of our illness.

Interesting link between RA and Food

I was aware that certain food groups would set off my RA symptoms, but I had not realised that such an approach to diet and nutrition could potentially dampen down the effects of RA. Definitely giving this a go.
