Anti Inflammatory diet advice

Some good info on the condition that I didn’t know, and some good food tips. The main one being to take care of yourself, sometimes this is easier said than done, and it is very easy to fall into the trap of neglecting yourself.

Interesting Listen

I was fed up of drugs, methatraxate was making my life a misery in terms of the debilitating tiredness it brings on. While I am not advocating stopping drug treatment, I have found that adopting a healthier diet and packing in lots of extra vitamins and minerals has really helped me combat the tiredness and put me back on my feet.

A must for Rheumatoid Arthritis Sufferers

Taking a good look at your diet could be the cheapest and easiest way to alleviate your symptoms. Prescription medication only treats the symptoms however this book looks at what we put into our bodies as being the cause of our illness.

Interesting link between RA and Food

I was aware that certain food groups would set off my RA symptoms, but I had not realised that such an approach to diet and nutrition could potentially dampen down the effects of RA. Definitely giving this a go.
