Hi, I'm Jack, and today stood out from the rest. It was a great day, a day that I didn't see coming. I knew my spelling test was due today, and I was nervous. Reading and spelling are not skills I have, though my mom says they are learned behaviors, not talents. Not that that makes sense to me anyway.
Most days are a mixed bag. Some are good, some not so good, and then there are those that catch me off guard, like today. When my alarm went off this morning, I thought it would be like every other day. You know, wake up, go to the bathroom, clean up, eat breakfast, fight with Jacob, go to school, go to practice, go home, do homework, eat dinner, fight with Jacob, get yelled at by the parents, watch TV, go to bed. But little did I know, today I had a surprise in store.
