Well structured and engaging way to present the idea of a racial code.
As a racialised white person this book challenged my thinking & has encouraged me to review my thoughts, behaviours & biases to seek to address the impact I may have on the minority groups. Challenging both myself & wider systems I am part of or work within I better recognise when & where I might uphold or break down the racial code.
