The Union-Congregate war rages onward and the Union's premier fighter pilots, the Homo Eridanus, start encountering deadly resistance from strange pilots on the Congregate side. The Quantum War is every bit as challenging and rewarding as the rest of the series. Dealing, as it does with a very plausible yet unimaginable universe. Heavy science, quantum physics, genetic engineering, and simple human narrative are all combined to great effect in this master piece.
