Upon beginning the audiobook, I was a bit skeptical, but I am not a psychologist myself, so I just listened to it. I found it so engrossing that I have already listened to it twice.

This audiobook allows you to reshape these “emotional pathways” so you can have healthier relationships with yourself and others going forward. I recommend both audiobooks highly.
