Don’t buy

Not worth it.
Read a lot of self-help books, this is nothing but common sense and basic knowledge, impossibly boring to listen too.
Read or listen to “Rewire” by Richard O’Connor instead, that book I’m listening for 5th time over now.

Very informative and to the point.

I like the way the author related his past stories and experiences to illustrate some material in the textbook.

Life Long Procrastinator

This is the book you are looking for if your are interested in the simple steps it will finally take to break this life inhibiting bad habit. I felt like the author was not just writing about a subject he researched but he wrote about a personal challenge he overcame so he knows the process personally which makes a big difference in breaking those steps down to someone else facing the challenge. The perspective hit home with me and I highly recommend it.
