"The Process" has a very interesting combination of captivating story telling alongside demonstrating how NLP processes can be applied for personal growth. I got much more out of it than anticipated. Thank you Robbie for an engaging book and Gill for the perfect narration.

The Process is a wonderful book that gives the reader an insight into the world of therapy in such a way I have never seen before! Fun to read and full of surprises in the plot whilst giving the reader food for thought. I felt reflective on my own life as well as the characters in the story with some laughs along the way.

I really enjoyed how the author wove in theories from psychology, philosophy, and NLP. It felt like a great story that doubled as an introduction to the coaching world.
​The mystery aspect kept me guessing the whole time, and I found myself smiling and laughing quite a bit. I also loved the deep dive into the 'double bind' concept—it really took me back to my NLP training. Highly recommend the audio version; the narrator did a fantastic job bringing the story to life.
