Summary
Machiavelli cut his political teeth during the Renaissance, a time of intense hatred between Italian city states. Machiavelli was a man of action, a devout patriot. He wrote The Prince to describe how a leader could unite Italy and put a stop to the senseless conflict. This edition includes an addenda and Machiavelli's biography of Castruccio Castracani: his archetypal prince.

He’s right you know...
I’ve attempted to find numerous recordings where I could withstand the narrator. This one may not be for everyone but I found for a classic text like this the narrator to be perfect.
I’ve heard it before said but to say again the problem with Machiavelli is that he’s right. For anyone on a journey of discovery of the self and looking into the dark triad this is a must.
