Iove this book. I really enjoyed it. It had chapters that really stood out to me. I lost my mum a year ago and it had a chapters about death so I was happy to hear that. It also stood out to me as it reflected alot about my life and what I need to do to change.. Ive listened to the book twice and will re read it a tired time just because I really like it.

There is so much in this book that is relatable and just amazing on how to start loving yourself NOW! By loving yourself, healing yourself and sending love into the world then your healing the world too! So easy to do that its so easy NOT to do! Listen to this book and start on the journey to a happier, grateful and abundant life!

A lovely listen for anyone on the path to enlightenment or wishing self improvement. Very much based on Karmic Law and The Cosmic Law of Attraction. There are also several short visualisation, meditations at the end of the book. Louise reads the book herself and therefore, this makes the book so much more authentic. Well worth a listen.
