In this book Sue Stone explains how living and thinking positively has a true foundation in science in an easy to understand and interesting way.
I had already bought the paperback version direct from her website (www.suestone.com) but decided to also get the audiobook as I find it easier to find time to listen, and hearing the author herself reading it made it even more inspiring.
I would definitely recommend this to anyone wanting a happier and more abundant life - I am following her advice and finding it is having a very positive impact already

This was so encouraging, uplifting and magical. I’ve listened to it once but will listen Again and make notes for personal practice and application.
