In addition, this book is graphic and intense at times. If you are looking for a book full of positive affirmations, you won't find that here. This book is a very detailed account of a year of the author's life. Many of the chapters take you on a journey of the author's suffering.

It's a nice story shows how positive thinking will make your life easier and how accepting instead of moaning about what's happening in your life is the best approach. As mentioned it does talk about God a lot but I look at it as the spiritual part of the story, can be any God so I didn't find it too religious. I prefer to look at it as it's written by someone who have faith and faith is so important in our days even if it's faith in yourself.
Thanks Aaron for sharing your story.
