Great book

Tony hit on and expanded a very misunderstood and often over looked point, we don't treat people the way they want to be treated. I found the book insightful and inspiring. Since I have ajusted my thinking because of the information in the audio I have seen some remarkable turn arounds. I recommend it.

Helpful and interesting

I am in sales and there was some good info. Good for a beginning sales rep.
