Easy read for summer
Great characters which Claire Pooley expertly makes you root for because of their failings.
Gentle read ideal for the beach.

Excellently narrated

Best book in a long time!
And truly fantastic narration which made it all the more enjoyable. A great ‘east read/listen’ - witty, entertaining, beautifully moving. Highly recommend.

Review
I wasn’t sure about the book at first - it took a couple of tries and really listening (not have on in the background). But Im glad I stuck with it. Great performance enhanced a great book.
I became totally engrossed in the story, rushing from one chapter to the next. And everyone lives happily ever after - so what is not to like?
