I really enjoyed this audiobook as it brought back many important coaching principles that are often forgotten with time/years of practice. Also I loved the pragmatism of the content and stories told by the author.

Loved this piece of work, hooked my interest within a few minutes. Smitten by the time I hear of the tools DM has given to the judge to make her toolbox more effective! Delightedly surprised by the aha! and eye/mind opening moments provided in the genuineness and down to earth informative educational info provided here by DM.
Shane bike story got me right in the heart btw.
In-depth useful stuff delivered simply, clearly and sprinkled with humour.
Felt pumped with positive vibration while listening to this. Feel I’ve absorbed it on a cellular level of intended well being. Very enjoyable.
(That’s my inner work/personal growth taken care of for today and hopefully what I’ve learned will continue to resonate with me for a long time)
