I loved listening to this book, the narration was done with care, kindness & genuinely informing the reader of all aspects of chronic pain. Whenever I listen to it, I actually feel better in myself & when i’m back in my thoughts the spiral starts again & I feel the pain, I learned so much such as the nervous system & how it can get sensitised. I never heard any of this information from any doctor, consultant or specialist that I have seen throughout the years. Thank you

Brilliant, helpful, insightful & easily explained

I have heard most of the information in this book before, one way or another, the difference is that somehow it all made more sense now and I feel hopeful that my chronic lifelong pain can become under my control and dramatically reduced.
