I loved this book! As I’ve said before for Lauren’s books and will say again, definitely get the audiobook for this one. Brooke Bloomingdale is a new to me narrator, and I loved listening to her. She really brought the characters to life! And you know you’re in for a treat when Teddy Hamilton is narrating the male lead.

There were so many great moments in the story. The love notes. The spicy lessons. The kids that stole the show several times. The hockey. So good! I did have some moments where I wanted Tyler and Sabrina to communicate more openly and clearly, but at the same time it’s hard to not be emotional at times. The way their issues got resolved was very swoon worthy, so I forgive them for making some assumptions ;)

When Tyler Falcon sees his wet dream walk into the bar in her wedding dress, he does the honourable thing and takes her back to his hotel room where he tells her all the dirty things he wants to do to her. Believe it or not, herein starts their friendship, and it’s the best friendship, one where they share all their thoughts, dreams and wishes. Maybe that was the alcohol talking, but neither one forgets, making it a tad awkward. More so because Sabrina is his daughter’s skating coach, and soon to be nanny to his daughter and son, thanks to his mum. Lots of laughs, lots of sexy time, and lots of downright frustrating moments with poor Sabrina and her horrid ex fiance, and believe it or not, her dad!!! Luckily Tyler and his hockey family have her back. Friends to lovers, boss and his nanny romance with two adorably cute children, their sexy hockey playing dad, and their perfectly perfect nanny. Love is definitely in the air in this entertaining feel good romance. And if you really want to get all the feels I highly recommend listening to the audiobook, with Teddy Hamilton and Brooke Bloomingdale absolutely nailing the narration. I loved every minute of it. I received a complimentary copy of this audiobook. This is my honest review.

Any book with cats and especially those that encourage anyone to “adopt, don’t shop” will be high on my star rating!! But Lauren makes it really easy to add stars with a swoony, single dad of two Hero and a heroine that is fighting for what she believes, for herself and for the kitties she fosters. From almost reckless encounters to pretending not to be this book took me an a great journey of banter, toxic family shame, new found family, long lasting friendships and believing in yourself.
Teddy Hamilton as Tyler, single dag, hockey star extraordinaire and responsible was brilliant; Brooke Bloomingdale narrated Sabrina, runaway bride, figure skating expert and foster cat momma, selfless h perfectly.

5⭐️ I LOVED this story so much! I enjoyed listening to this story and the narrators told the story perfectly very soothing to listen to. This was a super sweet love story I adore Sabrina’s relationship with Tyler, he’s a green flag for sure! He makes sure to show with actions how much he loves and cares about Sabrina, he’s attentive and thoughtful, he listens, he pays attention to detail, he reassures her anxieties. The way Tyler’s kids adore Sabrina warms my heart!❤️
