first the narration is poor, bizarre clipped intonation that i needed to filter out all the time. not good. as for the contents i’ve been teaching this for over thirty years. worth listening to as a reminder but (for me) contained nothing new or that grabbed my attention. grabbed bits of information that is quieted from many others as well left me wondering whether much of this was from the authors own thinking.

Content wise you won't get much more from this audiobook than you would just looking at the book's title. On top of that, I found the narrator's voice very irritating and difficult to sit through. If I had my time again I would not spend money on this.
