Just because you’re chosen, doesn’t mean you want to be.

Thanks to the dubious gratitude of a Deity, Nicolas Percival Carnegie is now stranded on an island in the middle of the ocean.

But before despair can take hold – for his companions at least – rescue appears in the form of the enigmatic Captain Roberto Ramirez.

Longing to simply go home and forget about notions like adventuring, Nicolas finds his salvation bittersweet as they end up in pursuit of pirates to rescue a kidnapped princess and stop a war before it begins.

Nicolas may find his sea legs just in time for them to quake in fear as he learns exactly how dangerous the ocean can be.

Start your journey into the magical (and often dangerous) world of Etherius here, and follow this unlikely group of companions as they battle and banter their way through all manner of perils!

The humour in this series is fantastic. I laughed all the way through. There’s a great storyline that has had me hooked. The characters and the way Timothy portrays them is absolute perfection.

Nicolas and his friends go adventuring again and that makes for a pulse-pounding tale that has it all: impressively original characters, tons of delicious twists and secrets, and brilliant humour and banter. The motivational slapping was so funny!
Top marks for Timothy Drennan, his narration is truly a delight.
