Wonderful audio book, helped me digest the subject well. I feel very happy to have a greater understanding

This is a beautifully clear explanation and guide to the Noble Eightfold Path which I found to be so helpful. I am not a Buddhist but intend to introduce whatever I can of these teachings into my daily life as an antidote to life today. The narration was very friendly and gentle - like the teachings, What an extraordinary man the Buddha was to understand this and then teach it 2500 years ago. Far better than most doctors who I have encountered who do more harm than good.

I was really taken back by the clarity and insightful depth shown in this book. When I bought it I expected a simple breakdown of The Eightfold Path, for reference purposes. What I found was an insightful treatise which was hard to put down. I strongly recommend this book/audio for the motivated individual. The language may be difficult for the beginner but not impenetrable. The diction is clear and well paced in the audio version and I plan to make it a regular listen through the year ahead. I hope you give this book a serious try if you feel an inner drive towards The Path. Peace and energy to you in your endeavours.

The topic(s) are great and the narration is fantastic. The Noble Eightfold Path should be accessible to everyone but the overly complex and technical language and grammar used here will be a barrier to many
