helpful

Very helpful tips on understanding and maintaining good mental health - not patronising at all as some books on this subject can be. also promotes the reader to think about the bigger picture

Fantastic

I would recommend anyone who struggles with mental illness to read this book. The author has suffered himself and turned his life around and is sharing his techniques. It’s a fantastic book which really has made a difference to my life.

Not able to read though

Downloaded this with narration for free on joining audible but dissatisfied as unable to read as well. Second free book gives me option to download and listen and read. Emailed but no reply.

Finally an easy to understand mental health guide!

I Love this book, Mark pulls so much information based on psychology and teaches you in a easy to understand way. This book is changing my life.
