I have just finished this book, and what can I say it is so helpful and great to hear not only a man for a Dr talk about mental health! Well done, Alex #postyourpills

This book is absolutely brilliant. Ive had periods in my life where I’ve suffered severe anxiety, I completely over think things. I picked this book in a period like that where I’d made a decision then gone into complete meltdown about it and couldn’t see why I’d made that decision. That feeling sent me spiralling into anxiety and massive self doubt. This book helped me to understand why I was feeling like that and that so many other people feel like that too. The chapter on imposter syndrome was me to a T. I’m so glad Alex recorded an audio version because being dyslexic I would never have read the book. I feel I’m very similar to him in that I’m a high achieving dyslexic with constant imposter syndrome.
I think I will keep coming back to this book when these feelings come back.
Thank you for writing it
