I loved this book so much I’m listening a 2nd time. Lots of great advice for women in their 40’s and beyond. Gaby brings her sense of humour and practical advice to all the chapters. I can’t recommend enough!

I had approached podcast with trepidation as Gabby Ligan clearly a high achiever able to set high standards for herself and maintain them, however the guests and advice on the show were very enjoyable. Loved this book. Listened to it through twice. Honest about her lack of knowledge about menopause and takes you on her journey through it. All the advice is achievable and recognises that for many people it's small steps. it's nothing you probably don't already know but you need to keep hearing and being reminded of. defo recommend
