It was so well done I kept glancing at my phone cause it sounded exactly like a movie. Everything was described just well enough for you to form your own images. The addition of "prop" sounds make it different to an audio book. Also, the action is very fast-paced. Loved it!

Wanting for the netflix / prime adaption

It isn't bad, but it isn't great either. Very Netflix-y in that regard. Average, but enjoyable.

I wonder if this is like Audible's adaptation of 1984 where the source material was great but the 'Only From Audible' release falls a little flat, as I was kind of expecting this to be a bit better.

The acting performances were great though, and look, it's free. So I don't not recommend it, but I also wouldn't listen to it twice. A la Netflix.

I didn’t find this a gripping story but it bowled along quite nicely as a good bit of fun entertainment. The twist at the end was a bit predictable but I’d recommend it as a gap-filler in between your favourites.
