Essential lifestyle reading

Good tips about nutrition and coping with menopause ,however , I was disappointed with all the product recommendations some chapters felt like one long advertisement.

Excellent Resource for Every Woman on the Cusp of menopause

I loved listening to this. Finished it in a day. I just wish I knew all this sooner to prevent a lot of my symptoms. Every women should watch this.

My new super power - knowledge

Life changing information.
Love having this knowledge,
I’ve always been interested & aware of health matters .
This has given me power and motivation to change my life sometimes you have a little knowledge but ignore it anyway . Now after years of allowing myself to age badly , I’m taking charge . Thank you Mindy 🙏🏻

Great podcast how to make positive small changes every day to improve

A very way out approach

At first I liked this book but the more I read the more way out and unrealistic it became. Fasting unsupervised for over 24 hours can mess up your electrolytes with very few symptoms until it's too late to do anything to repair the damage. This book suggests fasting for 72 hours at a time and eating a keto style 60% fat diet both of which I am definitely not going to even try. Good luck to anyone who follows this plan but I doubt many doctors or nutrutionists would approve.

Anger Inducing

I had to stop listening after a while to reset myself, when I came back to it, I simply kept a note of all the things I could take away from it for free.
As a listener with a below average salary, I was frustrated with all the enthusiastic recommendations for so many tests, products, treatments & supplements that felt simply out of reach to me.
Interesting information passionately read, take from it what you want.
