A lovely listen to! I am not actually a medium myself, I guess I was reading it more out of curiosty about them and also for Lauren too as she comes across as such a wonderful person! It is nice book and must read if you are a budding medium. It is full of great instructions and ideas, a very inspiring listen, but would definitely be more so if you actually are a medium (which wasn't in my case!) But I cannot deny, she does say that it's a guide on the front!

I bought this book a few weeks ago but had another one on the go. After a particularly difficult week when I'd given a mediumship dem where I encountered lots of no's , I was questioning myself., even tho later that evening I did in fact locate the recipients and gave lovely validation, it still knocked my confidence and made me wonder about my decision to pursue ny mediumship, imagine my surprise whilst listening to my other book it abruptly changed to the chapter about how to deal with being told no!!! aren't spirit wonderful!!; This is a truly lovely book that came into my consciousness at just the right time!! 😀
