This was a great book with some more uplifting information and advice on Aging. I liked the narrator's voice very much. the author told great stories and really knew what he was talking about. I excitedly told stories to friends of mine in the aging technology and innovation community. This book was truly inspiring.

enjoyable, quippable, easy read :)

The neuroscience behind aging brains and young brains is extremely intruiging. Dr Cohen and his personal research add a bit of clarity to the amalgam of experience that is senesence.

Not as good as it could have been...

Too light on neurology and too heavy on cherry picked anecdotes. This could have been better with more research.
