Summary

Logan Ward doesn't want any more women in his life.

Being a football player and legal guardian to his four younger sisters means his playbook is full. However, one of them just landed in the hospital, which gives his brother the shot he needs to challenge Logan for custody. Legal counsel says there's only one thing Logan can do - find himself a wife.

Paige McKinney doesn't always think things through.

Like walking away from her modeling career without a thought of what might come next. She really doesn't think it through when she proclaims herself Logan's fiance at the hospital, simply because the sexy - albeit grumpy - football player forgot his cell phone at a party and security won't let her pass. It's not her fault it was overheard by the worst possible person.

A bargain is struck, and a fake marriage is the perfect solution. But the simple solution creates a whole new problem: They're not as different as they seem. The reluctant groom has fire inside him, and his impetuous bride is about to light the match.

Contains mature themes.

I loved this book!

I really loved the narration. Both narrators did a great job in their portrayal of the characters and made it abgreat time.

I loved the story, it’s a marriage of convenience with so much chemistry and sexual tension between the characters, so what’s not to like. It’s really well written, sexy and funny. I loved everything about this one.

Enjoyed this one!

I really enjoyed this marriage of convenience storyline. Logan and Paige’s chemistry is a slow burn and when it ignites, kaboom! Stephen Dexter and Isabelle Ruther’s narration is fantastic! A must listen in this series!

Well done!

Enjoyed this very much! Logan has been a favorite character of mine through out the series. It was great to have Paige’s character fleshed out here, as well. Besides the well matched intensity of our main characters, there’s an array of big personalities swirling in this story. The theme, in my opinion, is taming family chaos with love & loyalty. You’ll hug your man & kids after this read …

This book and audiobook is amazing!!

I love everything about this book! From WWSBD to the first crazy honest conversation where Logan and Paige discuss how they both need to be married in a hospital waiting room.

Karla Sorensen takes readers on this funny, beautiful, real journey of Logan and Paige and those around them. It flows really well, has great connections of all the characters involved, even with Nick- Logan's annoying brother!

Paige- she is impulsive yet realistic. She has this incredible friendship with Allie (who helps Paige stay grounded- we all need those friends). I love how Paige processes everything and her thoughts on all that is happening around her. She speaks her mind and goes after what she wants, she sees weaknesses in herself but battles through them. She is really incredibly kind and thoughtful!

Logan- he is incredible. He is selfless and loyal and protects those he loves. His heart is protected though. He takes nothing for himself and takes care of his 4 stepsisters! And those girls really do love him!

A book like this goes to an overall top read for 2019 and YES- top OVERALL FAVORITE BOOK- bc it makes me want to love those people in my life even more. Battle for my friends and family no matter what. Even in the day to day stuff.

This book reminds me that no one is perfect but together people can be perfect for each other and people who are honest and real with each other are perfect fits!

Thank you Karla for this wonderful life reminder!!!

PS. The sparks and chemistry and banter between Paige and Logan is so so good!!!!!

Fantastic story

Paige and Logan are epic. The things Logan does for his family is mind blowing. And Paige just sneaks in an upends their lives. This story had funny moments and serious moments, but nevertheless this story will bring out the feels in each of us. I love this series and I hope it continues.

Wonderful!

The narration is wonderful!! I’m a big fan of Stephen Dexter and once again his narration was great. This was the first time I listened to Isabelle Ruther and I really enjoyed her narration.

This is such a fun book! I liked how the relationship between Logan and Paige developed and how their pasts and personalities had affects. Logan’s sisters are great characters and I’m happy that there are plans for each to get a book, too. Highly recommend!!

Great End to the series

I loved this book series, I still feel book 2 was my favorite. I loved Logan and his dedication to his family and his job. Paige was a very dominant female, while there is nothing wrong with that I would have liked to see her play a little hard to get more. Not a huge fan of the ending, seemed a little silly to me but it was redeemed in the Epilogue. Narration was great, first time listening to Ruther and she awesome!!! I would say at least click yes to round out the series...it’s bearable.

A big no

I’m sorry if the gender roles were reversed this would be a borderline sexual harassment story. I couldn’t get over the female main character trying to push her male LC over and over again. It was creepy sexual predator vibes and the author only gets away with it bc it was a woman.-review by a woman who appreciates her independence
