What a lovely story
Loved this book, fell for the characters and the plots twisted and turned and wrap up so wonderfully well… I wish there where more books as I am desperately wondering “what next”

Great Story
One of those books where you can't wait to see what happens next. As usual brilliantly narrated by Annie Aldington. Definitely one of my favorite narrators. Surely there will be a sequel???

A Lovely Entertaining Story.
The excellent narration brought a lovely story to life, it was superb! The characters came to life and transported the listener back in time. A superb audio book.

Couldn't stop listening to it. Amazing
The lucky penny is heart warming and superb. What was an unexpected surprise was how, 3/4 of the way into the book, characters were linked to those from, 'A thimble for Christmas'. It really added a new dimension and brought back such fond memories of that story and its characters.

the dislike was the harsh way flora was treated from an early age through her childhood

I enjoyed every minute of the story.
