This was one of Daphne's novels that I had not read before, so I was excited to come across it on Audible. I absolutely loved it. Her stories are varied, and yet, distinctive. After you have devoured Rebecca, My Cousin Rachel, Jamaica Inn, and Frenchman's Creek, definitely prioritise this one. Highly recommended.
