I loved the conciliatory approach of this audiobook, where science shakes hands with the soul and proposes a holistic way to enhance our life spans, not just lasting, but truly living. I particularly enjoyed the chapter that focuses on science, because that’s my thing, but I ended up agreeing more with the theological part, which appealed to my deeper beliefs.
