I feel honoured to be one of the first people on Audible to rate this fantastic book. I admit, I have now listened to it three times, from start to finish, picking up a new ideas for growth each time.

During my career I have been afforded promotions due to my experience, skills, hard work and authentic trust. However this book has highlighted to me areas that I could better focus on, especially the chapter on Living Legacy mindset.

The three authors are great story tellers, using leadership stories and case studies to teach the very simple lessons, while posing tips and challenges to help the reader reflect on their style. Hearing the voices of Phil, Kareena and Nicole, talk through the chapters they authored, added good variety for the listener. While I tried to decide on a favourite, I couldn’t, as they all provided a different, yet similar, perspective.

What a great read! Thank you to Leaders and I look forward to taking action on the ideas that resonated with me.
