Summary

Allies are turning into enemies.
I have enough enemies already, thanks.

So...yesterday was hell. Literally. Now, I find myself asking how a day could be that terrible while also being the most amazing day of my life.

When I fled my safe haven in the demon realm to deliver news of betrayal and conspiracy to Rans, I thought it meant I was losing everything. Again. Instead, I've just gained the most valuable gift I could ever receive.

I’m hopelessly in love with the last vampire on Earth. That’s hardly a news flash at this point. But I never expected my feelings to be returned...and I’ve never been happier to be wrong. Now, he’s mine, and I am his. Our lives are bound inextricably, even unto death.

Of course, at this rate it just might come to that. The demon we thought was our most powerful ally has been using Rans for his own ends. And he’s been doing so for centuries.

Until now, I thought Rans and I were on one side of a war between the demons and the Fae. Turns out we’re standing squarely in the middle of the battlefield, and both armies are shooting at us. When both sides are in the wrong, who do you stand with?

Maybe the answer is obvious. I stand with Rans, and he stands with me.

The last vampire, and the first demon-Fae-human hybrid.
Together against the world.

The Last Vampire is a steamy urban fantasy romance series from USA Today best seller R. A. Steffan and Jaelynn Woolf, coauthors of the Circle of Blood saga.

Grab the omnibus of books four through six today, and enter a world shared by humans, fae, demons, and one very reluctant vampire. It’s a place where the supernatural threatens the mundane, nothing is as it seems, and love will either be the world’s downfall - or its salvation.

Fantastic series

The Last Vampire, books four to six, is a cleverly-written urban fantasy with quality plots and complex characters. The series is a brilliant collaboration by two incredibly talented authors, R.A. Steffan and Jaelynn Woolf; both make an exceptional team. The storylines are fantastically composed, fascinating, riveting, and utterly addictive. The cast is well-developed, intriguing, proficient, and capable. The characters' three-dimensional personalities allow for great depth for growth as they take on their roles.

A stellar performance by Gwendolyn Druyor. She portrays the nuances of the characters, emotions, and animation flawlessly, further immersing the listener. The Last Vampire is a highly entertaining and action-packed series with fabulous characters, one I strongly recommend.

Love these books

The last 3 books of the Last Vampire series. Brilliant and full of action, love & loss. Superbly narrated by Gwendolyn Druyor. In these books the fae are still after Zora and Rans. But Rans is no longer the Last Vampire. Guthrie is not happy with Rans but he goes on the run with him and Zora but is anywhere safe from the fae. A brilliant thrilling end to a great series. I received a free copy of this audible book from the author but the opinions expressed are my own. I'd already read the books and loved them. The audio version was perfect.

Amazing series, excellent narration.

Book 4
This series keeps getting better and better. These characters are so unpredictable just like the writing of this storyline!

Book 5
Omg....I’m hooked. These authors know how to write an addictive storyline. I’ve spent the whole of Christmas listening to these books. Gwendolyn is absolutely fantastic.

Book 6
What can I say? This book did not disappoint. This storyline was fantastic, the characters are likeable and the narration is one of the best I’ve listened to. I highly recommend this if you like your vampires with a sense of humour.

Fun action and steamy romance

The narrator did an okay job. She didn’t really fit the characters for me and she was a little stiff, but it was a quality recording.

Cool magical world! Fun adventure and danger! Demons, Vamps, and Fae causing problems all over. An entertaining series with some good action. The romance is steamy; some of it isn’t my thing, but I liked the chemistry between Rans and Zorah. The succubus scenario has never been my favorite. I’d recommend starting this series from the beginning; each of these books feel more like serials than full books, so I like that they come in boxsets. Overall, each book is a fun and entertaining read!

Getting a bit too kinky IMO

I’ve enjoyed this series, particularly the first books and interesting world. The detailed and increasing kinky stuff is fast going past my comfort zones and interest. There’s a point where enough is enough, even though I like a bit of steamy. However, I’ve had to fast forward to get back to the storyline.
The narration was very good. All the voices were distinctive which is quite a trick for one narrator. Plus different accents. Well done.

Great Continuance

I love how well the books continue in this set. The author continue to do amazing jobs adding and not losing focus. I love how she turns into a quad breed in away vampire/fae/demon/human all rolled into one. She seems pretty valuable to every race now.

I loved how the story continued, I also loved how she found her grandfather. The whole series was great, I’m sure I will read this again.

Damsel in distress

Have to say that I cannot stand the main character and although she improved in the second part of the series, I nearly quit. the performance contributed to the irritatingly inane damsel.
