Summary

Year 2076. The colonization of the solar system has begun. Engineer Jeff Baker and exobiologist Nicole Price find themselves on an exploratory mission. Destination: the Jovian moon of Callisto. As the two are about to land, however, their ship is compromised by a malfunction of its electrical system. Having reached the surface without serious damage, they are startled by the sight of an unknown spacecraft. It appears to have crashed. Baker, an expert in space flight mechanics, explores the ship and realizes it's like nothing he's ever seen before. He suspects there are only two logical explanations: it's either some secret government project or the ship came from another star system.

Disappointing space saga

What disappointed you about The Last Spaceship?

Worst reading of a book that I have listened to. Very disjointed gave up half way

What will your next listen be?

Unrelenting by Mike Shepherd read by Dina Pearlman book 13 so far a Chris longknife novel a very good space saga thoroughly well narrated

What didn’t you like about Fred Wolinsky’s performance?

Very disjointed, did not able the listener to bond with story. Very unemotional telling of story

You didn’t love this book--but did it have any redeeming qualities?

Story started to be interesting but the narrator spoils the listening

Any additional comments?

Don't use this narrator again, I certainly will not listen to a book narrated by him

Exorable narration

After just five minutes I gave up on this the, the narration is truly deplorable
